1. What is Father’s Vision?
Father’s Vision is a discipleship program centered on God’s unchanging heart’s desire—to fill the earth with His sons and daughters. It equips believers to embrace God’s vision, grow in Christlike character, win souls, and make disciples who reproduce Christ in others.
2. Who is Father’s Vision for?
Father’s Vision is for every member of Deliverance Church. It is designed for believers at all stages of their Christian journey who desire spiritual growth, maturity, and effectiveness in ministry.
3. Is Father’s Vision mandatory?
Yes. Nuts & Bolts, the first stage of Father’s Vision, is mandatory for every church member as it equips believers with foundational truths of the faith.
4. What are the stages of the Father’s Vision program?
The program is staged and progressive, consisting of:
Nuts & Bolts (One-day seminar)
Encounter (3-day residential retreat)
School of Leaders (SOL) – Levels 1 to 3 (One-year program)
You must complete each stage to qualify for the next.
5. What is Nuts & Bolts?
Nuts & Bolts is a one-day foundational seminar that introduces participants to the core principles of faith, vision, and discipleship. It usually takes place on a public holiday to avoid disrupting regular church services.
6. What is Encounter?
Encounter is a 3-day boarding retreat held at a selected venue away from home. It focuses on personal transformation, deeper spiritual encounters, and surrender to God. It usually happens over a long weekend, such as Easter.
7. What is SOL (School of Leaders)?
SOL is a one-year discipleship and leadership training program with weekly Sunday classes. It has three levels (Level 1–3) and is designed to raise mature, Christ-centered leaders who can disciple others.
8. Can I join SOL without going through the earlier stages?
No. Father’s Vision is a structured program, and completion of Nuts & Bolts is required before Encounter, and Encounter is required before joining SOL.
9. Are there any charges involved?
Yes. There are facilitation charges for the various stages of the program. These charges are communicated from time to time and help support venues, materials, and logistics.
10. How do I register for Father’s Vision 2026?
Registration is currently open for 2026. You can:

11. What happens after I register?
After expressing interest, you will receive a call from the Father’s Vision team with further guidance and next steps.
12. Can new believers register for Father’s Vision?
Yes. Father’s Vision is suitable for new believers and mature Christians alike, starting with Nuts & Bolts, which lays a strong foundation for Christian faith and discipleship.
13. What is the ultimate goal of Father’s Vision?
The goal is to raise spiritual sons and daughters who reflect the character of Christ, actively disciple others, and partner with God in fulfilling His vision on earth.
